Starbucks is being sued… Nikki Reed and Ian Somerhalder are expecting… Paris Jackson’s 7-figure deal… Kendall Jenner receives backlash… and Will Anna Wintour need a new home for the Met Gala?

Starbucks is being sued over their Unicorn Frappuccinos, and not because of the taste. There’s a cafe in Brooklyn saying it was their idea and Starbucks stole it! The owners of Williamsburg’s The End have filed a $10 million trademark infringement lawsuit against the coffee giant, saying Starbuck’s Unicorn Frappuccino is a direct rip-off of their Unicorn Lattes, which they started serving in December. They thought it was such a brilliant idea, they even applied to trademark the name in January, but the application is still pending. Well, what do you know! In April, Starbucks debuted the Unicorn Frappuccino! And what made it worse, the cafe owners say the Starbucks Unicorn Frapp tastes like crap, which hurt the sales of their Unicorn Latte. But Starbucks say this lawsuit has no legs. Their drink was inspired by all the unicorn-themed foods and drinks currently trending on social media.

Nikki Reed and Ian Somerhalder are so ooey-gooey in love that they make some people sick. But not me! I’m ooey-gooey, too! Nikki announced on Instagram yesterday that she is pregnant with their first baby. And she’s far along, too! She posted a picture of Ian kissing her swollen belly and was feeling all the feels when she wrote, “I know you, but only because I feel you. How is it possible to love someone so much already? All I know for sure is it’s the strongest feeling I’ve ever felt…” Just minutes later, Ian posted the same picture, captioning his, “In my 38 years on this earth I’ve never experienced anything more powerful and beautiful than this…we wanted to keep it between the three of us for as long as possible so we could enjoy this time with each other and our little one who is growing so fast….” Nikki and Ian had a whirlwind engagement and have been married since 2015.

Page Six has learned that Paris Jackson is signing a 7-figure deal to be the new face and body of Calvin Klein! Paris is only 19 and she’s got the world by the tail right now. She barely just signed with IMG Models and she’s already been on the covers of Harper’s Bazaar, CR Fashion Book and Rolling Stone, and she just shot the cover of Vogue Australia. Paris made her acting debut earlier this year on that Fox show “Star.” Apparently she was good enough to be cast in a movie with Charlize Theron.

What is this, Beat Up on Kendall Jenner month? First Kendall got slammed for her Pepsi commercial where she broke up a riot with a crisp, refreshing beverage. That sent her into hiding for a solid week. And right when was starting to rebound, Kendall is being slammed again — this time for her Vogue India cover. Because it’s the 10th anniversary issue of the magazine, many believe an Indian model should’ve been featured, instead. Some Indians say this is an insulting reminder of their country’s obsession with whitening creams and light skin. Many say it looks like they even tried to make Kendall’s skin darker. One young Indian woman said, “If you compare it to her past covers, you look at them and she’s definitely bronzed into an Indian face….And in a country where you’re struggling with colorism and shade discrimination, to see that — it’s very insulting.”

She should’ve never caved. She should’ve stuck to her guns and kept out those young, rebellious reality stars and celebrity wannabes. But no, Anna Wintour relaxed her standards and now she has to find a new home for her annual Met Gala. A source told RadarOnline.com that the Metropolitan Museum of Art told Anna that her guests basically behaved like animals, spilling drinks everywhere and smoking, which the source said could’ve set off the sprinkler system and caused millions of dollars in damages. The source said, “This is a museum with some of the works finest art and these guests were acting like they were at the Playboy Mansion!” Anna had strict rules — among them, no smoking and no selfies — but guests like Kylie Jenner sneaked off to the bathrooms where they did whatever they wanted and then posted it all on social media. The museum’s board saw it and hit the roof. Now Anna and her staff are trying to salvage this thing. They’re promising to invite fewer guests next year, ban all cigarettes, only serve clear liquor in assigned areas, and place Vogue staffers in every bathroom to prevent this nonsense from ever happening again.
