Season 2 of “Murdaugh Murders: A Southern Scandal” is out today on Netflix. Despite denying he had anything to do with it, Alex Murdaugh was found guilty of the brutal murders of his wife Maggie and 22-year-old son Paul. He is now serving two life sentences without the possibility of parole, which he is attempting to appeal. Is there anything new to report that is worthy of a Season 2? Not really. These new episodes give insight into the trial, plus some first-hand accounts from people closely connected to the Murdaugh family. But next month, we can all look forward to “Murdaugh Murders: The Movie” starring Bill Pullman as Alex Murdaugh. This has the honor of being Lifetime’s 500th original movie. It’s a two-parter that airs on Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 14 and 15.

Vanna White has signed a new deal that will keep her on “Wheel of Fortune” for the next two years. Sources say her new deal comes with a “substantial pay increase” from the same $3M/year she’s made for the past 18 years. We don’t know what that means, but we do know that she was asking for at least half of the $15M Pat Sajak takes home. Vanna is currently filming Season 41 with Pat, and she’ll be by Ryan Seacrest’s side when he takes over in Season 42. Ryan reportedly will earn a whopping $28M, making him the highest-paid TV host. And you KNOW Ryan had a lot to do with Vanna keeping her job for another couple years.

Sources told Page Six that Kim Kardashian has been quietly seeing Odell Beckham Jr. for a while now. Odell broke up with his girlfriend Lolo Wood earlier this year. They share a 19-month-old son. Sources also said they’re keeping things real casual, hanging out mostly in groups. Interesting to note, Kim took her son Saint to several LA Rams football games last season when Odell played for them. And around the same time on “The Kardashians” Kim was telling Scott Disick how her friends had set her up with a new mystery man and they’d been on a secret date in NYC. Scott asked, “Does he meet ehe standards?” and she said, “Oh, SO meets the standards.”

Taylor Swift released a video on Instagram yesterday showing a vault floating in the sky surrounded by birds. Swfities and to solve a 1989-themed puzzle on Google, with each fan allowed to solve up to 89 puzzles. Once 33M puzzles were solved, a voice memo from Taylor played on Google saying, “You unlocked the 1989 (Taylor’s Version) vault, and now I am so excited to share the new vault track titles with you. They are: ‘Is It Over Now?’… ‘Now That We Don’t Talk’… ‘Say Don’t Go’… and ‘Suburban Legends.’ I can’t wait for you to hear them.” And we will be waiting until Oct. 27 for that. While her fans were busy solving puzzles, Taylor hit the town with Joe Jonas’ soon-to-be ex-wife Sophie Turner. The two ladies strolled arm-in-arm into Via Carota in NYC for dinner last night and stayed until 2am.
