Netflix paid Ryan Murphy $300M to leave ABC/Disney. Back in the spring, there was an article on Breitbart saying how this deal was a huge failure after his series “Hollywood,” “Halston,” “The Prom,” and “The Boys in the Band” failed to attract viewers. Oh, how quickly things have changed! Netflix just renewed two of Ryan’s shows — “The Watcher” and “Monster.” For “The Watcher,” we have no idea if this will continue the storyline from Season 1 or be an entirely new story. As for “Monster,” Ryan is turning that into an anthology series, like his other shows, “American Horror Story” and “American Crime Story.” And in a surprise move over the weekend, HBO canceled “Westworld” after four seasons. But sources say the main cast will still be paid for Season 5, which is no longer happening. Apparently, this is a money-saving move. Salaries for the cast could add up to between $10M-$15M, while shooting the entire season would’ve cost at least $100M.

Surprise! Rebel Wilson is a mom! She made the announcement on her Instagram yesterday, posting a picture of her baby girl with her little hand covering her face. And THANK YOU, Rebel, for letting us know the name already. Rebel captioned the photo, “Beyond proud to announce the birth of my first child, Royce Lillian, born this past week via surrogate 💗 I can’t even describe the love I have for her, she’s a beautiful miracle!… this has been years in the making…but particularly wanted to thank my gorgeous surrogate who carried her and birthed her with such grace and care. Thank you for helping me start my own family, it’s an amazing gift. The BEST gift!!”

“People” magazine has named Chris Evans as this year’s Sexiest Man Alive. The 2016 Sexiest Man Alive, Dwayne Johnson, presented Chris with the title and a sash on a movie set. In case you forgot, last year’s Sexiest Man Alive was Paul Rudd. And here’s a piece of sexy man trivia: “People” named its very first Sexiest Man Alive back in 1985, and he was………a 29-year-old Mel Gibson at the height of his “Mad Max” fame.

Drake and 21 Savage dropped their joint album “Her Loss” on Friday, and Drake immediately got dragged for dissing Megan Thee Stallion. In the song “Circa Loco” Drake raps,“This b**** lie ‘bout getting shot, but she still a stallion. She don’t even get the joke, but she still smilin.’” And then at another point he raps, “Shorty say she graduated, she ain’t learn enough. Play your album track one, ‘kay, I heard enough. Girl, the driver downstairs, better hurry up.” It sure sounds like he’s calling out Megan for lying that Tory Lanez shot her in the feet after she jumped out of his car. But Lil Yachty says we’re all wrong about that. While doing a live, Lil Yachty said, “I’mma clear this line, because I know Drake’s not gonna do it. It has nothing to do with Megan. It’s about women lying about their butt being real when it’s not. And ‘Stallion’ meaning she’s still fine. That was it.” He continued, “Like butt shots, that’s what it is. It’s about women lying about their butt shots.” Is ANYBODY buying that?

Speaking of Drake, he postponed his show at the Apollo because he will be attending Takeoff’s funeral in Atlanta on Friday. The service will be held at State Farm Arena, which is home to the Atlanta Hawks. Rev. Jesse Curney of New Mercies Christian Church will be officiating. Kirshnik Khari Ball — the man we know as Takeoff from Migos — was a member at that church since the age of 10. There’s been no word yet on whether the funeral will be open to the public, but the arena seats 20K people, so it’s highly likely. Takeoff was killed early last Tuesday outside 810 Billiards & Bowling in Houston after his uncle Quavo got into an argument over a dice game and shots were fired.
