Kevin Costner’s estranged wife Christine Baumgartner is thinking about challenging the prenup she signed way back in 2004. But she better be danged sure she has a leg to stand on because if she challenges it, and the judge decides she has to abide by it, Christine will have to return the $1.5M Kevin gave her up front AND pay all his attorney’s fees. Apparently, it all boils down to whether Christine understood what she signed. Christine’s lawyer said he client “is unable to admit or deny” whether or not she understood, and went so far as to ask for a definition of “understood.” So Kevin’s powerhouse attorney Laura Wasser responded in writing, “Christine’s counsel asked for a definition of ‘understood’ and Kevin’s counsel provided the dictionary meaning of the word ‘understood,’ to wit, ‘comprehended or perceive the intended meaning of words.’”

Under normal circumstances, Drake doesn’t have a problem with women throwing their bras on stage. But on the first of his 4 shows at the Kia Forum in Inglewood Saturday night, someone threw what he called a “glue-on” bra at him and Drake kicked it off the stage. Then he told the crowd, “I can’t talk about (boobies) tonight in LA because my son is at the show for the first time ever…so we gonna keep it real PG. Y’all keep your bras on. Throw them up here another night.” Drake’s son Adonis is 5.

Morgan Wallen’s fans are divided over his decision to shave off his mullet! After performing a few songs in Columbus, Ohio, Friday night, Morgan told the crowd, “Before we get any further. I didn’t like my long hair anymore, so I shaved it off.” No, he didn’t just cut get a hair cut. Morgan shaved it ALL off. Reactions online have been mixed, with some people loving it and others in complete dismay. One person posted, “Bald and no mustache. Doesn’t float my boat. Do not like it at all.” Another predicted that a lot of country guys would be shaving their heads over the weekend…

With Britney Spears’ memoir scheduled for release on Oct. 24, a lot of people are vying for her first sit-down, tell-all interview. Oprah Winfrey reportedly offered Britney the chance to tell her story after her conservatorship ended in 2021, but Britney declined. Will she be willing to do an in-depth interview to sell some books? A source told the Daily Mail, “Some days can be extremely testing and conversations can trigger her to behave unusually or even erratically. Certainly, putting a TV lens on her could be problematic and it means that a proper news-style interview is out of the question. However, a more feature-style interview, allowing her and the team to have control is an option. A move like that, to work with a production company or someone like Oprah, would be her strongest play, but the reality is managing Britney’s mental well-being and health in the process.”

Jeff Bezos and his fiancée Lauren Sanchez are joining the growing list of celebrities showing support for those impacted by wildfires on the island of Maui. Lauren announced on her Instagram, “Jeff and I are heartbroken by what’s happening in Maui. We are thinking of all the families that have lost so much and a community that has been left devastated. The immediate needs are important, and so is the longer term rebuilding that will have to happen — even after much of the attention has subsided. Jeff and I are creating a Maui Fund and are dedicating $100 million to help Maui get back on its feet now and over the coming years as the continuing needs reveal themselves.” On her Instagram, Oprah told her followers, “At some point I will make a major donation after all the smoke and the ashes have settled here and we figure out what the rebuilding is going to look like.” Oprah lives part-time on Maui and owns more than 2000 acres there. Meantime, Jason Momoa has this request for his Instagram followers: “Maui is not the place to have your vacation right now. DO NOT TRAVEL TO MAUI. Do not convince yourself that your presence is needed on an island that is suffering this deeply. Mahalo to everyone who has donated and shown aloha to the community in this time of need.”
