Kyle Richards tried to ‘hook up with Kevin Costner’… ‘Horizon: An American Saga’ film series…Dave Coulier defended his friend… and One Direction stars gather for funeral of ex-bandmate Liam Payne

 

For 12 seasons, Kyle Richards’ marriage to Mauricio Umansky was always put up on a pedestal on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but it all fell apart in Season 13. We found out Kyle and Mo had separated after 27 years of marriage and then there was speculation that Kyle was dating rising female country artist Morgan Wade, which she’s never confirmed or flat-out denied. So now we’ve started Season 14 with the same speculation about Kyle and Morgan, but it’s what was said on the RHOBH After Show that I want to talk about! Sutton Stracke was talking to Garcelle Beauvais and Jennifer Tilley, and she claims that Kyle tried to hook up with Kevin Costner when both of them were in Aspen. Kyle and Mo have a place there, and so does Kevin. Sutton said, “I don’t think that Morgan’s the end all, be all because…there’s some Kevin Costner mixed in there.”

And speaking of Kevin Costner, he’s not giving up on his 4-part Western movie Horizon: An American Saga. Despite getting an 11 minute, 40 second standing ovation at the Cannes Film Festival, Chapter 1 flopped at the box office, causing the studio to pull Chapter 2 ahead of its August release. But Kevin told Deadline, “I’m hoping, I’m dreaming, I’m meeting all the billionaires that we all hear about — they’re all hiding in the shadows.” He promised, “I will figure out a way to bring you (Chapters 3 and 4), because you’ve gone to 1 and you’re gonna go to 2, and we’re all gonna go west together.”

Dave Coulier announced last week that he’s battling Stage 3 non-Hodgkin lymphoma, but his prognosis is really good. Because he’ll be going through chemo through February, Dave decided to shave his head, and his good friend John Stamos showed up to help. John shared photos of himself wearing a bald cap while shaving Dave’s head and took a lot of heat from people saying he should’ve REALLY shaved his head and was only doing this to appear more likable. Dave saw the negativity and decided to stick up for his friend. He posted, “I’m sorry to see a bunch of negative comments as l’ve just begun my cancer journey. It’s our friendship (me and John) and this is how we are handling a very tough time. I’m a comedian and humor is what drives me. John knows how to cheer me up and I laughed out loud when he arrived wearing a bald cap — being a true loving friend and brother.”

Diddy got some good news and some bad new yesterday. First, the bad news. Houston attorney Tony Buzbee has filed five new lawsuits against Diddy, alleging aggravated sexual assault, sexual abuse, and sexual exploitation. Buzbee said the alleged victims are 3 males and 2 females, and the alleged assaults took place in NY and Miami. But Diddy did get a win in court yesterday. The feds raided Diddy’s jail cell, gathering evidence and handwritten notes the prosecutors say will show he’s been involved in witness tampering. But Diddy’s lawyers said the raid was unlawful and what was seized fell under attorney-client privilege. While the prosecution denied intentionally seizing 19 pages of legal notes, the Judge ruled they would need to destroy copies of the papers obtained in the search, saying they should not consult the material until he made a final decision on whether they could be used in the trial. Meantime, Diddy’s third bail hearing is set for this Friday.

Just over a month after Liam Payne died from a fall in Buenos Aires, his funeral was held today at a church just outside London. Liam’s casket arrived in glass encasement on top of a horse-drawn carriage. On top of the glass, the words SON and DADDY were spelled out in roses. For the first time in almost 9 years, all of Liam’s former One Direction bandmates came together for the funeral. Harry Styles arrived with James Corden, who was a good friend of the group. Liam’s girlfriend, Katie Cassidy arrived with Elizabeth Hurley’s son, Damian. The funeral was just for the closest family and friends, with a wake following the service. And Liam’s ex Cheryl arrived with their 7-year-old son, Bear.
