Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is expanding… Danielle “Cash Me Ousside” earns SEVEN FIGURES… Justin Bieber wants to be better… Carrie Fisher’s full autopsy report… and Miles Teller arrested for allegedly being drunk in public

If music lovers think it’s too difficult to make it to Cleveland to visit the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, how about this — they’re expanding the Hall of Fame into a second location………….in TOKYO. They’re throwing up a temporary exhibit in September while their permanent home is being built. The president and CEO of the Hall of Fame says Japan happens to be the second-largest music market in the world, so it’s the perfect place for their first international expansion.

This should make you want to punch yourself in the face. Danielle “Cash Me Ousside” Bregoli just bought herself a new car. First of all, she’s only 14, which means she can’t even drive it….at least not legally. Danielle says her security team will drive her around in it until she gets her learner’s permit next year. Second, it’s a freaking $90K Porsche Panorama 4s Hybrid!!! But her rep says she can afford it because she’s earned SEVEN FIGURES so far!!! HOW IS THIS HAPPENING?????

Justin Bieber seems very introspective lately, which has led him to be retrospective. Yesterday, he posted a throwback photo on his Instagram — his mug shot from his 2014 DUI arrest in Miami Beach. He later pleaded guilty to careless driving and resisting arrest. He captioned his mug shot, “Mugshot. #jailsnotacoolplacetobe, #notfun #neveragain.” Last week, Justin shared a picture of his brand new tattoo that he had scrawled above his knee. It says, “Better at 70.” He captioned it, “I look back at a lot of things in my life, mistakes, insecurities, and although I have felt I’ve wasted a lot of time it also makes me want to be better faster! For me personally I want to work everyday to be BETTER AT 70.”

I don’t know why this is our business, but Carrie Fisher’s full autopsy report has been released. The medical examiner found that several factors contributed to her death back in December, including sleep apnea, heart disease and drug use. “Multiple substances” were found in Carrie’s system. Among them were cocaine, heroine, methadone, and ecstasy. The report says these weren’t all ingested at once, but they had been in her system within 72 hours of her collapse and ultimate death. Carrie’s daughter, Billie Lourd, released a statement last week saying, “My mom battled drug addiction and mental illness her entire life. She ultimately died of it.”

Miles Teller was arrested early Sunday for being drunk and uncooperative with police officers. TMZ is reporting Miles was partying with his buddies in San Diego when an officer noticed Miles was having a little trouble standing up. While the officer was talking to him, Miles reportedly lost his balance and almost fell into the street. The officer put handcuffs on him at that point and offered to take him to a center where drunk people can go to sleep it off for four hours, but Miles refused to go. The officers took him there anyway, hoping he’d change is mind once he got there, but Miles refused to cooperate and the staff at the drunk people sleep-it-off center said he couldn’t come in. So that’s when officers had no choice but to arrest him for public drunkenness and haul him off to jail to sleep it off. After about 4 hours of sober-up sleep, Miles was released without bail. Miles later tweeted that he’d been in San Diego to see his buddy before he deployed. But he wanted to clarify: “I wasn’t arrested I was detained bc there was no evidence to charge me with a crime.”
