ABC’s ‘Live in Front of a Studio Audience’… Colin Farrell in talks for Penguin… Selena Gomez extends an olive branch… Celebs trying to stop an execution… and Kylie Jenner & Drake have been spending time together

Just in time for Christmas, ABC has announced they’re bringing back “Live in Front of a Studio Audience” on December 18. Back in May, live recreations of episodes from “All in the Family” and “The Jeffersons” gave ABC its highest audience in 12 years for that time slot, so of course they wanted to try it again. However, instead of “The Jeffersons,” this time we’re getting “Good Times”! And because it’s the holidays, we’ll be getting Christmas episodes.

We heard that Jonah Hill was in talks to play the Riddler in “The Batman,” but that all fell apart because he only wanted to play Penguin. Miley Cyrus split with Liam Hemsworth back in August and broke up with Kaitlynn Carter back in September, but she was still following both of them on Instagram. And two years ago, when Selena Gomez started dating The Weeknd, his then ex-girlfriend Bella Hadid and Selena unfollowed each other on Instagram. Less than a year later, Selena and The Weeknd broke up and he went back to Bella. They broke up again back in August. On November 20, Rodney Reed is scheduled to be executed in Texas for the 1996 rape and murder of Stacey Stites. A lot of big names are fighting to stop that execution, including Kim Kardashian West, Rihanna and Dr. Phil. The Innocence Project has been working on this case and they say they have credible new witnesses and evidence that will prove Rodney Reed didn’t do it. According to them, Ms. Stites’ fiancé, Jimmy Fennell, did. They say Fennell was serving time for raping another woman and he told a fellow inmate he killed Stacey when he found out she was having an affair with a black man. And they say the reason Rodney’s DNA was present was because they had consensual relations before she was murdered, not by Rodney, but by Jimmy.

People magazine is reporting that Kylie Jenner and Drake have a little something-something going on. Their source says they’ve been friends for a long time, but they’ve been spending a lot more time together recently.
