Sesame Street debate answered… Kylie Jenner’s revelation… Jessica Simpson is expecting… Julie Chen quists… and Drake sues woman for extortion, fraud & defamation

It’s a debate that gone on for decades. Are Bert and Ernie gay? One former Sesame Street writer was asked that question by Queerty magazine and Mark Salesman said the answer is not only yes, in his mind, they represented him and his partner, Arnie. Not only that, Marks says that Snuffleupagus — the Muppet only Big Bird could see — was an analogue for the closeted gay experience. MIND BLOWN. Sesame Workshop heard about this interview and released this statement: “As we have always said, Bert and Ernie are best friends. They were created to teach preschoolers that people can be good friends with those who are very different from themselves. Even though they are identified as male characters and possess many human traits and characteristics (as most Sesame Street Muppets do), they remain puppets, and do not have a sexual orientation.” They did not comment on the Snuffleupagus revelation.

This is BREAKING AND IMPORTANT NEWS! Kylie Jenner tweeted yesterday, “last night i had cereal with milk for the first time. life changing. i always liked cereal dry i never bothered to put milk.” When asked, Kylie said she had Cinnamon Toast Crunch, which was “amazing.” When asked if she used regular or almond milk, Kylie said it was regular but questioned, “Should I try almond next time?” She also clarified that she put the cereal in the bowl before adding the milk. with regular milk. She also had to clarify she puts the cereal in first followed by the milk. And while Kylie said she prefers her cereal dry, “milk was cool once i gave it a chance.”

Jessica Simpson announced yesterday she’s pregnant. She posted a photo of her 6-year-old daughter Maxwell and 5-year-old son Ace surrounded by pink balloons, so it’s a GIRL! Back in April, Jessica told Entertainment Tonight that she had baby fever, but said having another baby “would definitely have to be a bit of a miracle.” So I guess she and Eric Johnson got their miracle baby!

Julie Chen videotaped her goodbye to “The Talk,” which was played on yesterday’s show. TMZ says CBS put no pressure on her to leave the show and it was entirely her decision. TMZ also says Julie wants to remain with “Big Brother.” Why not leave both? Their source says the Big Brother shooting schedule is less demanding, so she has more time to spend with her husband and son, which is what she said she wanted to do. Also, with “The Talk” being a topical show, the subject of sexual harassment comes up A LOT and having Julie sit there and squirm through those conversations would be uncomfortable for all of us.

In February of last year, Drake hooked up with a woman in Manchester, England, and really regrets it! Her name is Layla Lace, and Drake just filed a lawsuit against her. Drake doesn’t deny hooking up with Layla, but for him it was just a fling. But he says when he didn’t keep in touch with Layla, she went crazy on him. He claims she created this whole fantasy relationship in her head and was upset when Drake didn’t take her on tour with him. That’s when she made up this story that she was pregnant with his child and then she accused him of raping her. Drake was cleared by Manchester police, but that didn’t stop Layla from demanding millions to keep her mouth shut. That’s when Drake decided to sue her for civil extortion, emotional distress, fraud, defamation and abuse of process. He’s seeking unspecified damages.
