Most viewed movie in Apple TV+ history… 25th anniversary of Rascal Flatts… Selena Gomez officially crossed into billionaire… Sabrina Carpenter’s TIME100’s Next List cover… and Diddy is facing 120 NEW assault allegations

George Clooney and Brad Pitt’s Wolfs has become the most-viewed movie in Apple TV+ history. Apple isn’t revealing the actual numbers, but Deadline was told the movie boosted viewership by nearly 30% week over week since it premiered on Sept. 27 in more than 100 countries. In Wolfs, George and Brad play to lone-wolf fixers forced to work together to cover up a high-profile crime. And yes, there will be a sequel.

Back in 2020, Rascal Flatts planned to celebrate their 20th anniversary with a farewell tour. The pandemic threw a wrench into those plans and the band has been on hiatus ever since. But yesterday, Rascal Flatts announced that in honor of their 25th anniversary, they’re getting back together to quit! The Life Is a Highway Tour is a 21-stop farewell tour across the US, kicking off Feb. 13 in Evansville, Indiana, and winding through the US hitting towns like Fort Worth, Savannah, Durant, and Little Rock before wrapping up April 5 in Jacksonville, Florida. Tickets go on sale this Friday. Maybe if the demand is there they will add more stops on the tour.

Last month Bloomberg reported that Selena Gomez had joined the billionaire’s club. They estimate she’s worth $1.3B, with the “vast bulk” coming from the success of her Rare Beauty cosmetics line. On the red carpet for her new movie Emilia Pérez, Entertainment Tonight asked Selena how she feels about her new-found billionaire status, and Selena said. “I’m very grateful…I personally think it’s distasteful to talk about money, but I really am giving all the credit to people who buy the products. They’re the ones that made this dream of mine come true, so I’m really, really honored and just happy.”

People was first to reveal that Sabrina Carpenter is on this year’s TIME100 Next list, which honors rising stars of all industries. Sabrina will be featured on one of their 3 covers, along with Jaylen Brown of the Boston Celtics, who recently launched XChange to help build innovation and generational wealth in underrepresented communities, and Aisha Nyandoro, whose Magnolia Mother’s Trust in Jackson, Mississippi, shows how a guaranteed-income project can work.

Houston super-lawyer Tony Buzbee held a press conference yesterday announcing that he’s representing 120 individuals in civil lawsuits who have been sexually abused by Diddy over the past three decades. He plans to file these lawsuits within the next 30 days in Texas, California, New York, Georgia and Florida. Buzbee said his 120 clients are “evenly divided by males and females,” 25 say they were minors at the time of their assaults, with the youngest being NINE. Buzbee said, “This individual who was 9 years old at the time was taken to an audition in New York City with Bad Boy Records, other boys were there to audition as well….This individual was sexually abused allegedly by Sean Combs and several other people at the studio with the promise to both his parents and himself of getting a record deal.” In another instance, Buzbee claims a then 15-year-old was flown to NYC to attend a party where she was drugged and taken to a private room with Diddy….and the rest is too graphic and upsetting for me to say. Buzbee says they have pictures, videos and texts to present as evidence, adding, “We will expose the enablers who enabled this conduct behind closed doors. We will pursue this matter no matter who the evidence implicates.” And he promises that many of the names involved will shock us. We could all start guessing, but one A-lister who’s trying to get ahead of this is Ashton Kutcher. He’s been friends with Diddy for 20 years and went to lots of parties where he laughingly said he couldn’t talk about what happened. Now “a source close to Ashton” told the Daily Mail, “Ashton absolutely regrets his friendship with Diddy considering what has happened. He feels lied to, betrayed, taken for granted, and manipulated.” The source also said Ashton’s worried because Diddy could “say anything, do anything or turn on anyone” to get out of jail, implying that whatever Diddy says about him will OBVIOUSLY be a lie.

Meantime, Ariel Mitchell-Kidd is an attorney representing one of Diddy’s accusers, and she told NewsNation that she was contacted about buying one of the Diddy tapes, but she declined. She said, “There already have been tapes leaking around Hollywood being shopped around to individuals in Hollywood. But one particular person contacted me to shop a particular video they were in possession of and to contact the person who was in the video to see if they were interested in purchasing the video before it became public knowledge.” She said, “Mr. Combs was in the tape and this other person is – I would venture to say — more high-profile than Mr. Combs.” Mitchell-Kidd said she saw “stills” from this alleged video, which allegedly was taken at Diddy’s home in Atlanta. She said, “I can verify that it exists. That it’s real and that the other person in the video is very visible,” she claimed. There’s no question of if it’s that person in the video.” But she also said it appeared this high profile person wasn’t aware they were being filmed.
