Tracy Morgan’s food poisoning incident. Hailey Beiber is at her breaking point. Victim 1, 2, and 3. Listen below for MORE HOLLYWOOD NEWS.

Monday night, Knicks superfan Tracy Morgan was sitting court side at Madison Square Garden when he became violently ill and threw up all over the floor. He was taken away in a wheelchair and the game was delayed for about 10 minutes while the staff cleaned up and sanitized the court. Yesterday morning, Tracy let us know what happened, posting a thumbs up photo from his hospital bed and captioning it, “Thank you for all your concern! I’m doing ok now and doctors say it was food poisoning. Appreciate my MSG family for taking such good care of me and I need to shout out the crew that had to clean that up. Appreciate you! More importantly, the Knicks are now 1-0 when I throw up on the court so maybe I’ll have to break it out again in the playoffs #goknicks”

TMZ says Hailey Bieber is reaching her breaking point with the relentless online hate and false allegations against her. Recently, a TikTok video accused her of liking a mean post about Selena Gomez’s fiancé, Benny Blanco, while a seven-part YouTube series claims Hailey stalked Justin Bieber and used her industry connections to force their marriage. Sources close to Hailey say she’s exhausted by these narratives, which have plagued her for years and continue to resurface. She’s particularly frustrated that many people accept these claims at face value, despite them being allegedly fabricated to damage her reputation. In the past, Hailey avoided engaging with her haters, believing the rumors were too absurd to warrant a response. However, now that she’s a mother, she’s shifting her approach and is ready to take action. To explore her legal options, Hailey has reached out to powerhouse attorney Lisa Moore, who famously represented Cardi B in her defamation lawsuit against blogger Tasha K. That case resulted in a $4M judgment in Cardi’s favor.

A judge has ordered federal prosecutors to disclose the names of Diddy’s alleged victims to his legal team, but it will be for the attorney’s eyes only. The alleged victims in the indictment have always been referred to as Victims 1, 2 and 3, but we knew his  ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura was Victim 1 based on the assault video released by CNN. Speaking of, Diddy’s lawyers have been trying to discredit that video, claiming CNN altered the footage to make Diddy look more threatening. They claim this was merely a domestic dispute in a long-term, consensual relationship. Cassie’s attorney says no, that video accurately depicts the violent attack she suffered in a hotel hallway. Unfortunately, CNN released the video well past the statute of limitations, so no criminal assault charges were filed. However, Cassie previously settled a civil suit against Diddy before all this came to light.

Ryan Reynolds’ attorneys have filed a motion to dismiss Justin Baldoni’s $400M lawsuit against him, Blake Lively and their PR team. Ryan’s lawyers released a statement saying, “The entirety of Mr. Baldoni’s case appears to be based on Mr. Reynolds allegedly privately calling Mr. Baldoni a ‘predator,’ but here is the problem, that is not defamation unless they can show that Mr. Reynolds did not believe that statement to be true.” Basically, they’re saying Ryan truly believes Justin is a sexual predator, adding that Ryan has been nothing more than a “supportive spouse who has witnessed firsthand the emotional, reputational, and financial devastation Ms. Lively has suffered.” In the filing, Ryan also admits that, yeah, the Nicepool character in Deadpool vs. Wolverine is based on Justin, but he can’t sue over his hurt feelings.
