Real Housewives update. Katy Perry is going on tour. The FireAid benefit concert live tonight. ALL THIS AND MORE!

It was a kinder, gentler time. You’d sit down together as a family to have supper, and then gather round the TV for a wholesome hour of family television known as Little House on the Prairie. The show was based loosely on the books of Laura Ingalls Wilder, and starred Michael Landon as Charles Ingalls (aka “Pa”) and Melissa Gilbert as Laura Ingalls (aka “Half-Pint”). It ran from 1974 to 1983 and then the world went to hell in a hand basket. Netflix wants to bring that wholesome goodness back, so they’re doing a Little House on the Prairie reboot. A Netflix exec says the new “reimagined” version will be a “fresh take on this iconic story.” No word yet on casting or a start date, but as far as many fans are concerned, Netflix needs to stop right there! There is outrage on X, with a lot of people expressing fear that a new version would be too “woke.” One person posted, “Please don’t ruin another treasured piece of literature and Americana.” Another pleaded, “Leave things alone for the love of God!” Another had a great suggestion, “Play the old ones, I’d watch those.” Actually, you can stream the original series on Peacock. In fact, they report more than 13B minutes of Little House on the Prairie were watched last year.

In Bravo news, Real Housewives of Orange County brought back Alexis Bellino (aka “Jesus Jugs”) to take on Shannon Beador this past season, and things didn’t go well for her. Shortly after the season wrapped, Alexis revealed she had been fired as a friend of the cast. But that’s not stopping Bravo from dipping back into the past. The network posted yesterday, “She’s back and ready to make fetch happen. Gretchen Rossi joins #RHOC for Season 19!” Gretchen was a main cast member for Seasons 4-8, but she’ll be back as a “friend of” this go round. But Gretchen is most definitely NOT a friend of Tamra Judge, so expect a lot of drama. A season premiere date has not been set, but Variety confirmed that Season 19 is already in production.

Katy Perry is preparing to head back out on tour, and she talked about it on the Therapuss with Jake Shane podcast. When asked what’s on her tour rider, Katy said she like to keep it healthy. She said, “People think it’s rock and roll backstage. For us it’s avocados and Himalayan salt and meditation.” Katy did add, however, “If I pass a vending machine I will get a Flaming Hot Cheetos no doubt, 100 percent. But otherwise, it’s all very healthy.” We told you yesterday that Katy will hit the stage at 8:30pm instead of 9pm because, “Now, as a mom, I realize I was being rude.” And the show will last 1 hour and 45 minutes. As far as her 4-year-old daughter, Daisy, she will be on the road with mommy. Katy revealed, “We actually sleep together, we do. I know everybody is going to leave their comment now… Leave it, leave it, leave your comment.” But Katy said, “You know I’ve seen some really cool things about it, the attachment, and kids are going through so much and if she has a bad dream and she wakes up and momma’s right there it just makes, there’s no better feeling like waking up with your child there and they’re breathing on you.”

The FireAid concerts benefiting victims of the ongoing wildfire crisis in the LA area are tonight at two separate venues about a mile apart. Katy Perry, Billie Eilish, Gracie Abrams, Jelly Roll, Tate McRae, Lady Gaga, Lil Baby, Olivia Rodrigo, Peso Pluma, Rod Stewart, Stevie Wonder, Sting, and Earth Wind & Fire will play at the Intuit Dome. Over at the Kia Forum, you’ve got Pink, No Doubt, Alanis Morissette, Anderson. Paak, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Dawes, Graham Nash, Green Day, John Fogerty, Joni Mitchell, Stevie Nicks, Stephen Stills, and The Black Crowes. Dave Mathews was supposed to perform with John Mayer, but Dave announced yesterday that he had to pull out due to “a critical illness in the family.”

His attorney tried to get us to believe Rihanna would skip A$AP Rocky’s trial, but we didn’t buy it for a second. Rihanna did show up for court yesterday, but unlike Rocky — who walked in the front door with his mama and sister — Rihanna slipped in through a side door. She did sit front and center in court, right between Rocky’s mom and sis. Sources say Rihanna was very stoic, and “stared intently as A$AP Relli testified on the stand.” Relli claims his now former friend Rocky put a gun to his stomach and threatened to kill him, before firing at least four shots, which left him with bullet-grazed knuckles. If he’s found guilty, Rocky faces up to 24 years.
