Wendy Williams update… Three suspects have been arrested… Charlie Puth’s short film… Britney Spears not wearing ring… and Gwyneth Paltrow has won her ski crash trial
Listen to “Showbiz – Mar 31, 2023” on Spreaker.
Wendy Williams wants a fresh start, so she’s selling off her personal belongings in her NYC condo and moving to LA. She wants to move quick, too — like within the next 2-3 weeks. A source told Page Six that Wendy’s been calling people asking for furniture consignment store recommendations. Among all the eclectic decor from her $3M penthouse, Wendy reportedly plans to sell the infamous purple chair from her “Hot Topics” segment of her canceled talk show. Wendy’s publicist told Page Six that they’re working on several projects behind the scenes. And as for those rumors that Wendy’s podcast has been canceled before it even launched, the publicist said that’s not true.

It was vigilante justice. A group of men jumped Tekashi 6ix9ine in the sauna of an LA Fitness in South Florida. It was 3 against 1, so Tekashi didn’t stand a chance. They took off before police could get there and Tekashi was taken to the hospital to be treated for injuries to his jaw, ribs, back and ego. The attackers made the mistake of posting videos online, bragging about whooping Tekashi for snitching on gang members so he could get a reduced prison sentence. Now a rep for the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office told TMZ that the three men who attacked Tekashi have been arrested for assault and robbery.

Fresh off of ticking Selena Gomez’s fans off for a resurfaced interview where he called her a tease, Charlie Puth has new music out today! His single “That’s Not How This Works” will actually have two versions. The first one with Dan + Shay is out today and the second with Sabrina Carpenter comes out on April 14th. Charlie and Sabrina also star in a short film called “That’s Not How This Works.” They play a couple that was once blissfully happy, but now fight all the time. By the way, Charlie goes on tour towards the end of May.

The wedding rings are off. Britney Spears was photographed climbing out of the back of a chauffeur-driven SUV, clutching a teddy bear with a ringless hand. A lot of us believe that Britney Spears’ marriage may be in trouble. She was photographed climbing out of a private plane to her happy place — Hawaii. Making that trip with Britney was her longtime manager Cade Hudson, and not her husband Sam Asghari. In fact, Sam was seen running errands near their home yesterday and he wasn’t wearing his wedding ring, either.

After 8 days of testimony and 2.5 hours of deliberation, the jury ruled in favor of Gwyneth Paltrow, finding that Dr. Terry Sanderson caused their collision on a ski slope and not her. She was awarded the $1 she sought in her countersuit. Back in 2016, Dr. Sanderson claims he heard this blood-curdling scream before Gwyneth slammed into him, leaving him with broken ribs, a concussion and brain damage. Gwyneth said that wasn’t at all how it happened. In fact, she initially thought she was being sexually assaulted when this man came up from behind her and his skis went in between her legs. But when all the snow settled, the jury believed Gwyneth. As she left the courtroom, she bent over and whispered, “I wish you well,” to Dr. Sanderson, who replied, “Thank you, dear.”
Jurors in Gwyneth Paltrow’s ski crash trial said Terry Sanderson was “100 percent” at fault on a slope in Park City, Utah, and awarded the actress $1, the sum she had requested in her countersuit. https://t.co/fzAYfiqwFk pic.twitter.com/RURXP3sKzA
