I did go to the gym over the weekend and I got on the scale. I weigh 233.4lbs. My goal weight, that I haven’t seen in years, is 220.
Thirteen pounds doesn’t sound like a lot but I haven’t been able to shake it. I actually stopped drinking at the first of the year but that doesn’t seem to be doing the trick. I guess I need to cut back on the fried chicken as well, huh? Baby steps!
I will keep you posted as I attempt to make it back to the gym today.
