And don’t forget Wicked is now streaming on Peacock.

This week on The Masked Singer, after a sing-off battle between the Griffin and Boogie Woogie, it was the Griffin who had to go. SPOILER ALERT — it was James Van Der Beek. After he got the boot, James told Billy Bush he knew his time was up after hearing Boogie Woogie in dress rehearsal. He said, “I immediately got on the phone with my wife. I was like, ‘Hey, babe, I don’t think I’m going to be here past tomorrow. I think you better fly the kids out.” James said being on The Masked Singer was the perfect escape for him after his strenuous battle with colon cancer. James is winning the battle, by the way, saying, “I feel like I can see the finish line… I’m in a healing phase, which is great. I’m going back to work next month. I’m taking this month really to just kind of relax.” James is back for the sequel to The QB and Me sequel for Tubi. And now that he’s gotten a taste of singing, he said doing Broadway would be a dream come true.

Earlier this week, Ryan Reynolds filed to dismiss Justin Baldoni’s $400M defamation lawsuit, and now his wife has done the same. Her legal team is arguing that Justin’s lawsuit is in retaliation for her filing a sexual harassment complaint against him in California, and there’s a law there prohibiting the weaponization of defamation claims when it comes to accusations of sexual assault. And if the court agrees with Blake’s legal team, Justin could be required to cover her legal fees and pay damages. Justin’s lawyer has fired back, sayin Blake is manipulating the legal system to her advantage. He called her motion to dismiss “one of the most abhorrent examples of abusing our legal system” and claimed that “laws are not meant to be twisted and curated by privileged elites to fit their own personal agenda.”

Kanye West had a major meltdown on X, going after Jay-Z and Beyoncé’s 7-year-old twins Rumi and Sir, saying things too upsetting to repeat. A source says Jay and Bey will not be commenting publicly, but they are so shocked and outraged that they are discussing potential legal action. Meantime, Kayne is posting that he wouldn’t be surprised if Jay-Z is planning to have him killed, but he doesn’t want him to get in trouble for it, if he does.
