Is Drew Barrymore already pregnant?

Back in November, her friends were blabbing to the media that Drew was eager to get married and start having kids. Just the next month, her boyfriend of a year, Will Kopelman, popped the question to her over the Christmas holidays. She accepted his proposal, and they haven’t made a lot of wedding plans just yet... Maybe it’s because they are putting the wedding on hold until after she has their baby?

Just yesterday, TMZ spotted them walking out of a doctor’s office, and Drew was holding what appeared to be some sonogram photos.

So now the pregnancy rumors have started and we just have to wait for a baby announcement. Today is Drew’s 37^th birthday, so it would be a great day to share the news!
