How much of Katy Perry's money will Russell Brand be walking away with?

Katy Perry and Russell Brand didn’t sign a prenup when they got married, so Russell’s divorce could be a big pay day for him. According to Forbes magazine, Katy raked in $44mil between May of 2010 to 2011. Russell is entitled to half of her earnings during their 14 month marriage, which means he could walk away with more than $20 million. But Russell doesn’t want any of her money! His lawyer filed the final divorce papers on Tuesday, stating that Russell doesn’t want any kind of settlement. The lawyer said that he is happy to walk away with the money he earned, even though it’s far less than what he could have made off of Katy.

Their divorce will not be final until June 30^th due to the six month waiting period.
